1.去職或履新:人事交接信可分為兩種,一種是自己要離開現在的工作,向客戶介紹繼任的同事;另一種是自己是新的窗口,寫信向客戶自我介紹。兩者都要以感謝對方持續的生意往來開頭。

2.未來動向:告訴對方自己要離開現在的職位,可說明離開的時間及原因。
例一:This is to inform you that I will be transferred to the sales department next month.

3.工作交接:介紹接替的同事說明業務自何時開始移交。
